After their graduation in 1991, the duo relocated to Boston, in which they got started. They're best known today for their 1999 mega-hit 'Everything You Want', which was 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Marx provides backing vocals on the studio version of the song. Vertical Horizon is an alternative rock band that was formed in 1990 by Georgetown University undergrads Matthew Scannell and Keith Kane. The album features a re-recording of "I'm Not Running," a song that was originally co-written and performed with American singer-songwriter Richard Marx. The album was released exclusively on digital platforms on February 23, 2018. As a lifelong Vertical Horizon fan, I can honestly say that this album is fantastic. Since debuting, the band have released six studio albums and are best known for their hit singles Everything You Want, Youre A God and Best I Ever Had (. The Lost Mile is the seventh studio album by Vertical Horizon.
